CURRENT REGISTRATION RATE
Registration is $225.
Non Dancer rate is $110
Daily rate is $30. (this rate is only for entry and does not include any meals.)

First time to a convention special rate is $165

Recently graduated new dancers who have never attended an IAGSDC Convention in the past, may register for their first IAGSDC Convention at the lowest rate available, after the early bird rate, for that convention.

Program Requirements:
1.   Any person that has successfully completed, at a minimum, Mainstream in  accordance with Callerlab;
2.   provide letter from current club verifying dance level;
3.   has never attended a previous IAGSDC Convention;
4.   has never applied to the New Dancer Convention Incentive Program;
5.   is not entitled to a refund of registration fees from Convention in the event of a cancellation, except for medical reasons.

You can still register at the registration desk here in Atlanta. Our registration begins at 9:00 am on Friday, July 1, 2011.
The fee is $225. First time convention attendees fee is $165 with all requirements met as described above.
You can choose a daily rate of $30. This rate does not include any meals or registration bags.

If you plan to attend and register at the door, please let us know at registration and let us know if you would like the chicken or vegetarian selection for your entree at the banquet on Sunday, July 3rd.

FUN BADGE TOUR
Scheduled for Sunday, July 3
Although totally top secret, we can say the Fun Badge Tour will be amazing. The tour will be Sunday, July 3rd at the crack of dawn or as soon as we can get cracking. It is hard to believe that a mere $50.00 covers the cost of transportation, visiting (totally secret) historic and interesting sites, dancing, and brunch. The Fun Badge Tour usually sells out early and space will be limited (how many hoop-skirts can you shove into a Greyhound) so register early. If I give out any more Fun Badge information I will have to be killed

OTHER FEES:
Cancellation Fee: Before October 31, 2010 there will be a charge of $30.00. November 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011 there will be a charge of $60.00. After April 30, 2011 there will be NO REFUND

Registration Transfer Fee: Transfers of registrations will incur a $25 fee, to be billed to the dancer receiving the transferred registration. Available anytime.

Cancellation of Fun Badge Tour: We cannot allow any cancellations after April 30, 2011. But we will allow transfers to another dancer at any time.

Returned Check Fee: Checks returned to Gone with the Windmill will result in a $30.00 returned check fee.
