Capital City Squares is a gay and lesbian square dancing club in Sacramento, California whose membership is open to any adult: gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, straight (we really don’t want to leave anyone out!)  We offer square dance classes from Basic to Plus beginning in the fall.  This year’s class will begin in September.  You don’t need to bring a partner to have a good time.  Classes typically graduate in Spring, just in time for our annual Stumptown Stomp event in Guerneville, which occurs each year in May (See flyer below). 

We also host at least two dances per year right here in Sacramento: one in November to celebrate our anniversary; and one in February to celebrate LOVE, groundhogs or the presidents, whichever holiday happens to be closest.
