I'm a
native of Detroit, but I've lived in Chicago over 30 years. I started dancing
15 years ago, and from my first convention in Washington, D. C., I was hooked.
I enjoy both the dancing and the friendships I've made, both in Chi-Town and in
other clubs around the country. I'm looking forward to the Cleveland convention
this year. Currently I dance at the C1 level. I
live in a 100+ year greystone in the Edgewater neighborhood. Besides square dancing,
I'm a big fan of Gilbert & Sullivan. My goal is to perform in all 14 of their
operettas; I have 3 more to go. I'm also a newscaster on CRIS radio, a station
that provides news for the blind. And I'm a huge fan of our great city of Chicago.
