Allan Hurst attended his first GCA Caller School at the IAGSDC Convention "Wheel & Deal" in Las Vegas in 1997. He's authored many articles for "SquareUp!" magazine, wrote the Fun Badge Tour script for the 2005 IAGSDC Convention "Star Thru The Silicon Galaxy" and continues to publish articles on square dancing and calling via his website, at http://www.danceinfo.org Allan dances C2, and calls Mainstream through C1 for a variety of clubs in and out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Presidential Advisor (past President): Nick Martellacci

While he has college credit in Square Dancing, Nick didn't begin dancing seriously until 1989. He began calling in 1991. Nick has called as far west as Palm Springs, CA, as far south as Raleigh, NC, as far north as Plattsburgh, NY and Burlington, VT, and as far east as Berlin, Germany. Nick has appeared on staff at several fly-ins and at Cloverleafs and Maple Leafs, the 2002 IAGSDC Convention in Toronto. His career is closely linked with New York's Times Squares where he has called dances and taught the Beginner Class for the past 10 years.
