General Information PDP 6 is shaping to be a fantastic fly-in for all square dance lovers. Like last year, dancing will take place at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany on Friday evening and all day Saturday. On Sunday we will be dancing at the Ebster Gym both locations are in Decatur. As in previous years the hotel shuttle will take guests from and to the hotel, however if you need to leave earlier or be picked up a bit late, we will be happy to make arrangements for you with some of our club volunteers. With the registration/check-in beginning at 6:30pm. Saturday There will be dancing and workshops all day Saturday, with Dinner provided at a local restaurant. On Saturday evening we will feature a far out 60's Party! Come dressed in your groooooviest outfit and dance for peace, love, and harmony. Sunday Join us for our the "60's Sock-Hop Continental breakfast and Dance" from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM. Host Hotel Our friends at the Holiday Inn, Decatur Conference Plaza have once again worked with our organizing committee, so we can offer our out-of town guests a wonderful accommodation. So we are thrilled to announce that our block of rooms rate is $89.00 single, double, triple or quad. Yes! You read correctly, up to four people can share a room for the block rate; that is $22.25 per night per person. You cannot beat that! There is cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block so contact the hotel as soon as you can. Please contact the reservations department of the hotel at 404-371-0204 or via fax at 404-377-2726 to book your room. When you call the hotel, please reference HLS or mention Hotlanta Squares, so you can get the block rate. If you are flying into Atlanta, you can get to the hotel via MARTA (Atlanta's train system). The train ride from the airport is approximately 40 minutes. If you are flying into our city, you do not need to rent a car. The dancing site is located only a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle service that normally takes our guests to the dance sites, and also our volunteers will be happy to pick you up and drop you off, during the fly-in.
