The newly-renovated Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport, South San Francisco is located a mile and a half from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Each suite is recently refurbished, with a private bedroom and a spacious living room. All suites have comfortable new beds, sleeper sofas, two TV's, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, two telephones with data ports, wireless internet, full size irons and ironing boards, and a well lit dining/work table.

Hotel Rates

The hotel code for booking your room at the Embassy Suites Hotel is POG. You may use this code to book online for Friday and Saturday night only. The discount rate is good for prior nights as well but your reservation must be booked directly with the hotel via telphone.

Unfortunately the discount rate is not valid for Sunday night and later due to another convention. The rate for those nights will be $239 per night.

Hotel Shuttle

Embassy Suites Hotel South San Francisco offers complementary shuttle service to/from San Francisco Airport for all of our hotel guests. Our airport shuttle will be available from 4 AM- Midnight as following schedule, 7 days a week. In between Midnight to 4 am, we will be providing a cab for the guest and the hotel will pay for the fare.

  • 4:00 am to 10:40 am, pick up and departure every 20 minutes
  • 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, pick up and departure every 30 minutes
  • 5:20 pm to Midnight, pick up and departure every 20 minutes

There are three pickup stations at SFO:

  • South Terminal (Terminal 1) at Center Island across from America West, for all the domestic flights except flights from American Airline and United Airline
  • North Terminal (Terminal 3) at Center Island across from the United Airline Door # 8, for the flights from American Airline and United Airline
  • International terminal in front of Virgin Atlantic. 

All the terminals are on the upper departure level. Please be sure to get on the shuttle with both "Embassy Suites Hotel South San Francisco" and “Hampton Inn” logos on it (white van with green logo). The shuttle will pick up Embassy Suite guests first, and will then go to three other hotels nearby, it will take about 15-20 minutes until the shuttle arrives at the airport. And the shuttle will depart right after picking up all the guests at each station at SFO.

Please note:  There is another Embassy Suites Hotel by the south of SF airport: Embassy Suites Hotel in Burlingame. Don’t jump onto a wrong shuttle; it will take you to totally opposite direction.

 

Driving Directions

Traveling North on Highway 101: Take Highway 101 North, exit Grand Avenue, turn right on East Grand Avenue, left on Gateway Boulevard, the hotel is on the right hand side.

Traveling South on Highway 101: Take Highway 101 South, exit Grand Avenue, turn left on Airport Boulevard, turn left on Grand Avenue, left on Gateway Boulevard, the hotel is on the right hand side.
