Option 1: Register Online
You may submit your registration information via the IAGSDC web site. Payment must still be sent via US mail.
Option 2: Register by Mail
Download our registration form and flyer and send the form along with your payment by US mail.

* Youth rate is available to dancers who will be under 18 at the time of the event.
Online registration is not available for Youth rate. Please mail your registration form.
Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated based on the following schedule:
Through 07/31/08 – Full Refund less a $30 administrative fee
After 07/31/08 – No Refund
Refund requests based on medical reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Registrations may be transferred with written approval.
