Rain Festival 2010 will be at the Miller Community Center at 330 19th Ave E., just up the hill from Seattle’s Capitol Hill Neighborhood.

Turn right at light.
Continue on until street becomes 23rd Ave
turn right onto John St and go up the hill to the 4-way stoplight.
Turn right onto 19th Ave E.
The center is on the right.
From I-5 N:
Take the Madison St Exit.
Turn Right onto Madison
Turn left onto 19th Ave E.
Go approx. 4 blocks.
The center is on the right.
